Hi Vidhya, your work would be very useful to us. I was in sports field like shuttle, shot put, javelin, etc till my college days. I and my sisters have many cups and medals in our shelves. After college, work, marriage, twins and motherhood all have crossed my life.Now my kids are in 2nd std and i am getting little relaxed during their school hours as a home maker.
I lost track in sports almost 12 years. But still there is a thirst for me in the sports field. I have always been an all rounder that i received medals in almost all fields. Now, Is there a way i could quench my thirst of sports at this age of 34. I am at chrompet, chennai-44 and searching for a sport where elderly people like me can participate. I am sure that i have capabilities to achieve in sports field but is there a way were in i can do it at this age. Pls pls help me out. Is there any field i could achieve do at this age.
